Wheat flour, water, semi-candied wild strawberries, butter, white chocolate cream, fresh pasteurized egg yolks, sugar, skimmed milk powder, wildflower honey, mother yeast, salt, emulsifiers, antioxidants, enzymes, flavourings. Decoration: Milk chocolate, pure hazelnut paste, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa butter.

Icing: white chocolate, cocoa butter, dehydrated strawberries.
Leavening 30 hours.
